Adds some additional quests to iskall85's Vault Hunters 3rd Edition

For now, this mod simply adds the quest type jar_pickup to the VH quest system. This allows for new players to be taught about the Animal Jars and Animal Pens introduced by the vault hunters mod. Made by popular request from people on the vault hunters discord, who pointed out that many people new to the mod pack who have never watched it would have no way of knowing about these items. With updated configs, this mod will teach new players about animal jars, animal pens, and other types of vault modifiers, such as the phoenix feather. Additionally, it changes the Vault Tools quest to accept the forging of any tool, and adds a quest teaching the player about cake vaults.
