adds:

- tea cup(creative for now), gives a shifter oe more shift.

- limited  shifts system

-shifters no regen all the time

removes:

- beast titan second ability (scream)

fixes:

- timer displaying after a shifetr deshifts

- beast titan ability 1

- flare guns (last update, i forgot to mention this, i think)
