Some fixes and new features

STARTOUCHED GROVE CHANGES

-Tried to make skuttlebugs spawn a little less

-Fixed the issue the for some reason made the loot table for the startouched grass to instead be placed on startouched logs

CYBERNETICS CHANGED

-Added MKII cybernetics

-Added an infernal energy core

-Made some changes behind the scenes so hopefully it'll be easier for me to add more cybernetics

MISC CHANGES

-Added the "Forgotten Demon" as a boss in the Nether (Kill him to get infernal energy)

-Removed the crafting recipe for infernal energy
