Asteroid's blank blocks

Adds the blank block, a "temporary block" that all players can use for building and basically everything since it deletes itself automatically after a bit of time, so it doesn't leave a trail behind !

Adds the voider block which will permanently delete any items inserted in it using hoppers and will give out an infinite amount of blank items (that are useless except for being a free unlimited item) that can also be gotten from smelting blank blocks.
