Asteroid's blank blocks

Adds the blank block, a "temporary block" that all players can use for building and basically everything since it deletes itself automatically after a bit of time, so it doesn't leave a trail behind !

Fixed a bug with area filling where it used a wrong registery name and added the expiring mechanic ! This version is now fully safe to use, new features might still come but for now i finished all i wanted to do.
