Asteroid's blank blocks

Adds the blank block, a "temporary block" that all players can use for building and basically everything since it deletes itself automatically after a bit of time, so it doesn't leave a trail behind !

What's new
This version doesn't have the block expiring feature, it's just an early release. It will be added shortly after. Also since it's the very first release it might have a lot of glitches so be aware, even though they probably won't be that bad.
