Add Mekanism & Dye Depot pigment compat: `ModDataGenerators` generating recipes with `PigmentMixer` and `DyeDepotPigmentExtraction`/`Painting`, `DyeDepotCompat` pigment registration, removal of mekanism native mixer recipes in order to implement a closest HSL based approximated color leading to almost 300 mixer recipes (possible improvement?)
