Assorted Discoveries

1. Fixed a bug that caused grass slabs, dirt slabs, mycelium slabs, and podzol slabs to drop themselves when harvested without silk touch. These blocks now require silk touch otherwise they will drop dirt slabs.
2. Fixed many issues that could cause desyncs between the server and client. These issues would cause ghost blocks/items to appear.
3. Many blocks cause less updates when interacted with. This will improve performance. These actions include:

• Sitting and standing wolf/cat plushies
• Bonemealing endstone to grow ender grass and snapdragons
• Placing the third plushie on a slime/magma cube stack
• Placing cattails
• Growing blood kelp stalks
• Growing berry bushes
