Assorted Discoveries

1. Updated to mc 26.3
2. Added poplar planter boxes.
3. Added poplar rope ladders.
4. Added poplar walls and poplar stripped walls
5. I also fixed some issues that could cause ghost blocks/items to appear.
6. Many blocks cause less updates when interacted with. This will improve performance. These actions include:

• Sitting and standing wolf/cat plushies
• Bonemealing endstone to grow ender grass and snapdragons
• Placing the third plushie on a slime/magma cube stack
• Placing cattails
• Growing blood kelp stalks
• Growing berry bushes

Note: This does not affect observer interactions
