Fixes:
- Fixed Genetic's jackpot not giving infinite stamina or infinite regeneration
- Fixed base stamina being able to exceed max stamina, itll now be set to max if that happens
- Fixed missing level tracking (rendered as Level 0 at all times)
- Fixed Telekinesis being able to lift bedrock (Telekinesis no longer functions when near it)
- Fixed gaining mastery at 0 stamina with some powers
- Fixed missing, mis-leading and poor descriptions and/or titles
- Fixed some visual bugs with a few renders
- Fixed dodging mechanic
- Fixed some powers (like Genetic Shuffling and Ocular) gaining abilities before their intended level
