Ascended Arts for Epic Fight

Added weapon [Regret] a unique greatsword style. 

Added [Grave of Regret] a sword grave in the nether where it's guaranteed to find the weapon. Of course it can also be found in end city and rarely in mineshafts (like all the other stuff)

Added plum blossom banner pattern. (requires cloth surrounded by cherry leaves) 

Major rework of the "Small Scythe" weapons. New textures, new attack animations, new innate skills

Adjusted spawn rate of Plum Blossom shrine. (should hopefully make it spawn more often in cherry blossom biomes, hopefully at least once even in smaller biomes. So, shouldn't be default several thousand blocks out like earlier)
