Full integration of BOP.

Coarse dirt, dirt, mycelium, podzol and artificial soil slabs can now be turned to grass path slabs (dirt path slabs) to take a 1.17 mechanic to 1.16.

ARFO ferns, grass, tall grass, large ferns and leaves carpets can now be placed on bottom slab.

Bonemealing of bottom slabs is now possible.
