ArsThread Expansion (Port-1.19.2)

Universalize Ars Nouveau's armor upgrade system and bring consistent thread slot management to all armor types.

This is a ported version of the original ArsThread Expansion. It extends Ars Nouveau's perk system beyond its native armor, allowing absolutely any armor piece in the game to participate in the magical enhancement ecosystem.

What's New in This Port

Restored Enchanting Apparatus Progression: Armor now properly starts with 1 thread slot when crafted. You will need to use the Enchanting Apparatus to unlock additional slots, fully restoring the rewarding, step-by-step upgrade path of Ars Nouveau.
Eliminated Double-Buff Bugs: Fixed a major issue where magic armors would apply thread bonuses (like extra Speed or Armor) twice at the same time. Stats are now calculated correctly to keep your game balanced.
Cleaned Up Tooltips: Fixed a visual glitch that caused messy, overlapping "Tier" text when hovering over your upgraded magic armor.
Magic Armors Fix: Native Ars Nouveau magic armors do not need to be added to the config JSON to work. The base mod will natively give them their default slots and handle their upgrades. You only need to add them to the JSON if you specifically want to change the thread slots of the magic armors (tier, amount, or order).

How to Use

Launch the game to generate the necessary files.
Open the mod config file located at: /config/ArsThread_Custom_Armor.json
Define all default slot entries for your preferred armor. Each armor entry must declare its base slot count.
Restart your game or reload your configs to apply the new thread slots.

⚠️ Multiplayer Syncing: Because this mod uses a custom JSON format, the config file does not automatically sync from the server to the client. Server owners must include their custom ArsThread_Custom_Armor.json file inside their distributed Modpack so players can see the correct tooltips.

Commands

You can manually modify armor slots mid-game using the following custom command:

/ThreadModify [user] [slot# max: 10] [Level# max: 10]
