Added a scaling to the MP ratio, starting from 30 and going to 3710(these are adjustable within the configs at each MP milestone).

Added compatibility with "Ars zero", so that the staff from the mod also evolves like the books do.

FIxed an issue with the jar of voiding where it didn't give any MP upon voiding the items.

Fixed a few more issues related to the mana to MP conversion, so now it should work correctly with any type of mana usage.

Made the Ars Nouveau armor and enchants also buff tensura stats(e.g. mana regen now boost MP regen and max mana now boosts max MP)
