arsskyfix-1.0.1.jar
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
New shaderpack support (tested):
- Solas V3.7b — full sky (sun/moon/stars/clouds).
- Astra Lex V93.0 — full sky (sun/moon/stars/clouds).
- Hysteria v1.2.2 — full sky including volumetric clouds and volumetric lighting on the block.
- Spooklementary v2.0.4 — full sky (sun/moon/stars/clouds).
- Bliss v2.1.2 — full sky (sun/moon/stars/clouds).
- Pastel v1.200 — stars + clouds (sun/moon are vanilla-texture based and don't show on block faces).
- Insanity v1.650 — stars + clouds; switching the pack's sun/moon setting to round sun/moon makes sun and moon show on the block as well.
- Mellow v3.4.1a — stars + clouds (sun/moon vanilla-texture based).
- Reverie Beta v0.9 — sky, sun, moon, stars + solid buildable top (this pack composites clouds in a late depth-dependent pass, so they don't render on the block).
Complementary: verified on r5.9, and with EuphoriaPatches up to 1.10.0 (Reimagined and Unbound).
Fixes / polish:
- Fixed the Sky Block showing through (x-ray) on the block-path packs with Oculus + Embeddium — Photon, Sildur's Vibrant, Solas, Hysteria and Bliss. These packs read the block's shader id (
blockEntityId) ingbuffers_block, but with Embeddium's buffered block-entity rendering the id was already cleared by the time the block's faces were actually drawn, so the pack never recognised the block and the sky injection did nothing. The id is now re-applied at the exact moment the faces are drawn, so placed blocks show the full pack sky on all five. - HYBRID render mode now works as well (previously it x-rayed too). It stays very performance-heavy — it's a preview, not a daily-use mode.
- Clearer in-game guidance: a few packs need the shader's Temporal Filter (TAA) turned off; this is now called out where required.
