Overview
Ars QOL Patch is an unofficial, lightweight bugfix mod for Ars QOL. It does not add new content, items, or mechanics — its sole purpose is to fix a critical crash bug related to the spellbook Curios slot.
The Bug Being Fixed
Trigger condition: A spellbook is equipped in the Spellbook/Curios slot (added by Ars QOL).
What happens: Opening the spellbook GUI while the spellbook is equipped in that slot causes the game to crash immediately. The client hard-crashes with no recovery — players lose their session.
After installing this patch: The crash no longer occurs. Players can freely open the spellbook GUI while the book is equipped in the Curios slot, and all spellbook functions (casting, crafting, cycling spells) work normally.
