New Features:
-gorgon cave overhaul! they aren't boring spheres anymore!
-cloak rendering! Cloaks now appear when equipped
-mostly finished the gorgon mob
-enchanter's glass! It can reflect spells!
-conjure foliage ritual, which is similar to forestation but works with any biome (even modded ones). Will use the new biome if used after a ritual of change biome.
-enchant glyph overhaul! It now actually requires experience. It can be used with turrets if they have an adjacent inventory with experience gems. 
-made some rituals cheaper to match base ars
-added documentation for the 3.2 features
-fixed lots of bugs

Bug fixes include:
-fixed bug where statues could sometimes corrupt a chunk
-fixed bug with missing worn notebook page
-fixed log spam when spawning gorgons
-fixed outdated recipe format usage
