Description
Ars Mekanica
A compatibility addon that bridges Ars Nouveau and Mekanism, letting their content work better together. This is the first step, with more integrations planned for future versions.
Right now it fills an obvious gap: Ars Nouveau's archwood comes with a full set of wooden items, but Mekanism ships no sawmill recipes for it - so archwood logs are a dead end in a Mekanism setup. Ars Mekanica adds the missing Precision Sawmill recipes so archwood behaves exactly like vanilla wood.
What it adds
Precision Sawmill recipes for archwood, mirroring Mekanism's vanilla wood ratios:
- Archwood logs / wood / stripped variants → archwood planks (+ sawdust)
- Archwood doors, trapdoors, fences, fence gates, pressure plates, buttons, slabs, stairs, signs, hanging signs, boats and chests → archwood planks
Requirements
Both Ars Nouveau and Mekanism must be installed — Ars Mekanica does nothing on its own.
