Description
Armored Souls is a weapons, tools, and armor expansion mod. This personal project aims to enhance gameplay progression by introducing greater variety and new equipment options throughout the game.
Currently, the mod features two armor sets: Cactus and Pumpkin. I am currently working on the final details for both sets, including completing textures, refining gameplay mechanics, and implementing their corresponding tool sets.
Cactus Set:
To craft cactus tools and armor, players must first obtain the Cactus Chunk item.
This material serves as the primary crafting component and is required for all cactus set recipes.
Cactus Armor:
Cactus armor provides protection comparable to leather armor. However, it features a unique ability called Thorns.
When the wearer is hit, nearby enemies dealing melee damage receive reflected damage, simulating natural cactus spikes.
Cactus Tools:
Cactus tools function similarly to wooden tools but include a slight damage bonus, making them a stronger early-game alternative with additional offensive potential.
