This mod make iron golems have glowing eyes and they are able to wear armor and use weapons.
There are two ways to have them wear armor and use weapons:

For armors.Equip the armor in your hand and right-click them.For weapons.Hold a weapon, keep sneaking(L-Shift key down), and right-click them.
- Just throw items near them.
