mc-1.19.4-4.0b1 [Jul-04-2023]
Rebuilt for Minecraft 1.19.4, forge-1.19.4-45.1.0, and carrotslib-mc1.19.4-5.0b1. For PvE-mod integration: only the Tough As Nails mod has a stable release against 1.19.4 so only that plugin is available for this beta. (Will look into support for the Homeostatic mod for the next beta.)
- CHG: The mod's configuration has been reworked for compatibility with Forge's config partitioning. The config file is now called 'armorunder-server.toml' and is located solely on the server (dedicated) or within each world's save (single-player). One downside to this is that loot-table modification is no longer controlled via configs so if you need to do this, you'll have to script the removes yourself.
- CHG: Liners are now assignable to one of THREE positions: EXTERIOR(NEW), OUTER, INNER. In general "coatings" and "skins" are placeable in the EXERIOR position only. Example of exterior liners: the camouflage covering and the anti-friction coating.
- NEW: To help players mix-and-match their lining configurations more easily, two new workstations have been added: the Lined Armor Alteration Station and the Liner Alteration Station. The armor station is functional in this beta; the liner station is still under heavy development and has been disabled for now.
- NEW: Linings in the inner and outer positions can be dropped when their host armor piece breaks (this can be disabled in configs). Exterior linings and unstrippable linings are destroyed as in previous versions. If a lined armor piece's item entity despawns, all liners are dropped as their own entities. Linings for armor pieces dropped in lava, cacti, fire, etc. are destroyed along with armor.
- NEW: The two "Oro Midas" liners and the "Streeetchme Inserts" now code-complete and are part of the default set of liners including those added to loot tables.
- ENH: Ovid Padding on lower-body armor pieces will protect the player against prickly damage (berry bushes, cacti, etc.)
- ENH: Lining tooltips (on armor) now show more information about what it is adding to your armor. Currenly done only for some linings; more to come in later betas. Very useful especially as there is no Patchouli docs for Minecraft 1.19.4.
