Revert time: Sorry for the circumstances

Glint rendering

This reverts the glint rendering additions from 0.12.16 for everything earlier than 26.2. It causes more visual issues (especially in combination with shaders) than it helps. I've missed that during testing - but this is the right call here. On a lighter note: 26.3 will (and now does) properly draw enchantment glint even if you use an opacity between 5 and 95%.
