When you hold this sword and some mob/player tried to instakill you, you instantly got into immortality state like 4 second which gives you some 4 second buff and when you get hit at 1 heart during that state it extend to 7-8 second.

The Ingredients to make this Immortality Sword is 1 netherite, 1 obsidian, and 1 totem of undying.
