Are you my Mommy?

A mod that makes a cubone follow someone whispering to them every 5 minutes "Are you my Mother?"
A mod for that has a command (/mother (Target) ) that when used spawns an untargetable unbattleable cubone to follow the target and whisper every 5 minutes on a timer to the player stating the following message. "Are you my Mother?" This cubone should also not be catchable. And should only stop following the player once the administrator runs the command (/mother found)
Meant for Client Side and Server Side. (Great for events among other things((LIKE HALLOWEEN!)))
