Architect's Palette

This is the final update for 1.16, so it finishes off some aspects of the mod before it is left to rest. There is no strictly new content in this update, it is meant mostly for pack makers.

ADDITIONS:
* Added recipes for Plating, Pipes, Sunstone, Moonstone (warp sunstone), Cut of fish blocks, Entrails (warp rotten flesh blocks)
* ADDED CONFIG OPTIONS for villager trading, quark compat, and sunstone spreading mechanics
* Added Estonian translation by Mufina

CHANGES:
* Updated the textures of Chiseled Abyssaline and Abyssaline

* Changed recipes for Abyssaline and Entwine Rods to increase yield
* Algal Blend now takes one clay blob and one kelp and yields 2 blend
* Updated Sunstone/Moonstone on/off times and made them spread 10% more often
* Updated some localization files (pt_br by CerbTheOne and it_it by sim)

FIXES:
* Fixed Coarse snow not dropping in survival
* Fixed small issue with Abyssaline power spreading not working in very specific scenarios
