Made it so that all the bows now have tool tips showing their stats

Made it so that the lead bow applies stunning if Oreganized is installed. applies weakness if it is not

Fixed Rose gold bow texture error

Fixed stat issue on Gobber bow

Enderite Bow's damage can't be edited from 2.5 for some reason, so to balance it the cool down has been increased
