Some general tweaks for the modpack "Arcane" that I was too lazy to do via crafttweaker.

Adds a way to turn the Epic Knights Armory hilt into the SpartanWeaponry handle and that into the BetterEnd handle.

Adds a recipe for the Undergarden Cloggrum Battleaxe

Adds a harder recipe for Epic Knights Armory steel, and no, I am not doing it through the forge tag.

No bug reports, this is a mod for my modpack.
