A maintenance release: three fixes reported on the Arcadia servers.
### Fixed
- **Staff Notes did not open for a player without notes.** The empty list was immutable and the
screen sorted it, so the click did nothing. Every per-player list now starts mutable.
- **The in-game help listed a disguise command that does not exist.** The cosmetic section showed
`disguise clear <player>`, while the command that removes a disguise is
`disguise <player> reset` (`disguise --clear` still removes every disguise at once).
- **The default sanction templates had French reasons without accents.** "Langage inapproprie",
"non autorise" and "Publicite" now read "Langage inapproprié", "non autorisé" and "Publicité".
These defaults only fill a new `templates.json`: on an existing server, edit the reasons in
`config/arcadia/arcadiaadminpanel/templates.json` (or from the templates screen).
### Correctifs
- **Les notes du staff ne s'ouvraient pas pour un joueur sans note.** La liste vide était immuable
et l'écran la triait : le clic ne faisait rien. Chaque liste par joueur est maintenant modifiable.
- **L'aide en jeu citait une commande de déguisement qui n'existe pas.** La section cosmétique
affichait `disguise clear <joueur>`, alors que la commande qui retire un déguisement est
`disguise <joueur> reset` (`disguise --clear` retire toujours tous les déguisements d'un coup).
- **Les modèles de sanction par défaut avaient des raisons françaises sans accents.**
« Langage inapproprie », « non autorise » et « Publicite » deviennent « Langage inapproprié »,
« non autorisé » et « Publicité ». Ces valeurs ne remplissent qu'un nouveau `templates.json` :
sur un serveur existant, corrigez les raisons dans
`config/arcadia/arcadiaadminpanel/templates.json` (ou depuis l'écran des modèles).
