AquaTweaks

Added a config to turn off the glass tweak.
Config also allows adding more blocks to the list of AquaTweak-ables

Default list now includes redstone dust, repeaters, comparators and redstone torches, as well as all rails. To have them not get flushed away, I recommend Vazkii's Waterproof.
