AquaFinis makes it so theres new ways to travel to other dimesions and mix dimesions to explore and use to how you like. AquaFinis is a dimesion with a infinite ocean but not a deep one with its own ecosystem. It doesn't really effect the game it kinda depends on how you see it but if you find mixing dimesions not the same as normal minecraft then thats fine.
