What's new

- Ported to 1.19
- Moved to new Biome Modifer system, for mob spawns. (If you wish you alter mob spawns, you´ll now have to use a datapack to do so)
- Rewrote Biome Tag Check loot table condition, to work with the new Biome Tags (Instead of BiomeDictionary as it was using before)
- Added Hebrew language (Thanks to @gohkenytp)
