FTB Quests: No Sharing
Requires FTB Quests, FTB Teams, FTB Library, Architectury API
FTB Quests shares quest progress with everyone on a team. This addon gives every player their own progress and rewards, even while they’re in a party.
What it does
- Separate progress: each player completes tasks and quests on their own. A teammate’s kills, items or other task progress no longer count for you.
- Separate rewards: each player claims their own rewards. Auto-claims and completion toasts reach only the player who earned them.
- Parties still work: chunk claims, chat and other FTB Teams features are unaffected. Only quest progress is separated.
- No merging: joining or leaving a party doesn’t copy anyone’s progress into or out of the team.
Notes
- Progress already stored in a party’s shared data stays there. Players continue from their own personal data.
- Task screen blocks stay tied to the team they were placed under.
- Commands that name a team (like
/ftbquests change_progress) still act on that team’s data.
