What's new

Hotfix for NeoForge 26.1: pages (F10 resource manager, F12 DevTools) no longer fail to open in production. Templates are now rescanned once the client resource manager is ready, and Rhino is truly optional: without it pages render normally and only page scripts are skipped instead of crashing.
