### Changed
- **Merge route (AE2-aligned)** — merge only supports **cell→cell** and **cell→external** moves
- External storage buses (drawers, chests, etc.) are **never** used as merge sources
- **Cell→cell** consolidates scattered items across internal drives and DAV cells
- **Cell→external** pushes items into a Storage Bus that already holds the same item
- Zone move (`planAndMove`) follows the same source rules; execution layer rejects external sources as a safeguard

### Migration
Replace the JAR from 0.9.1. No config or world changes required.
