- Replace legacy chemical capability creation with the actual modern Mekanism capability.
- Transactional chemical transfer, generic inventory adapters, item tanks, chemical P2P and QIO integration.
- Update serialization, client key rendering, menu registration and client-only cell models.
- Restore AE2/JEI chemical conversion without the obsolete separate AE2 JEI Integration dependency.
- Support all 15 Mekanism Extras chemical keys and all six source fluids in JEI pattern conversion.
