Changes:

- Documented that uninstalling leaves the apothic_rarity tag on existing items although harmless
- Added apotheosis:ancient to the list of supported rarity IDs in the README

 Fixes:
- The enabled config option now also turns off the tooltip when set to false
- Added a note in the config about nbtKey needing to match between client and server in multiplayer
