Compatibility

• Added support for Apotheosis 8.8.0. (Probably should've done this sooner seeing as its the latest version)
• Updated required Apothic ecosystem dependencies for the 8.8.0 release line.
• Added a compatibility provider system to better coordinate native, fallback, and third-party integrations.
• Improved compatibility behavior for Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks, including yielding to dedicated specialist compatibility mods when present. (I want to be a good packmeritan)

Stability

• Audited Apotheosis mixin targets and overridden data against 8.8.0.
• Improved optional-mod handling and compatibility fallbacks.
• Added additional runtime and build-time validation for supported dependency combinations.

Internal

• Expanded release qualification and compatibility testing infrastructure.
• Added stricter compatibility-version boundaries to avoid silently claiming support for unaudited Apotheosis releases.
