Added new effects: Extension, Reversion - Increases the duration/decreases duration of all active effects. Has a configurable duration cap

Rebalanced some harmful effect durations

 

Added new tooltips on potions to display more information about what exactly the effect is doing to some potions.

 

Greatly improved logic for Repairing and Corrosion

 

Reworked Archery and Misfire to give flat damage increases instead of percentage increases.
