Apiary Horizons FIXES

Apiary Horizons Fixes 1.3

* Added an optional fix for broken JEI recipe transfer in the Miner's Delight Copper Pot.
* Recipes remain visible in JEI and can still be prepared manually.

Built-in resource and localization fixes are loaded automatically.

All optional client-side and logical-server fixes are disabled by default and can be enabled individually in:
config/apiaryhorizonsfixes-client.toml
config/apiaryhorizonsfixes-common.toml
