Any Dimension Mod 1.12.2 (208 dimensions!)

- Minor internal changes to prepare for a major planned update.
- The Redstone Dimension no longer generates with TNT.
- The Redstone Ore Dimension no longer generates with TNT.
- The Redstone Lamp Dimension no longer generates with TNT.
- Added Smooth Interdimensional Matter. It can be crafted by smelting Interdimensional Matter. Once placed, can be mined using an iron pickaxe (no Silk Touch required). Regular Interdimensional Matter still requires a Silk Touch shovel to obtain.

Note: Interdimensional Matter, Smooth Interdimensional Matter and the Unknown Dimension are currently inaccessible in survival without cheats. These features are usable in Creative or Survival with cheats, for now.

Mod Compatibility: Still needs more in-depth testing. I might release Any Dimension Mod in "packets", so you may choose which bunch of dimensions to add, hopefully a much more limited amount of dimensions fixes the problem with other incompatible mods.
