AnvilSplit

Just like in All The Mods: Separate enchantments from tools by dropping an anvil on obsidian.

AnvilSplit allows you to separate enchantments from tools and armor using a falling anvil on obsidian.

Drop your enchanted item and books on obsidian, then drop an anvil on top. Each book will absorb one enchantment from the item.
