This mod removes the cumulative XP cost when enchanting or repairing items in the anvil, and removes the anvil level cap.

What's new
Added a config option that permits 'breaking' the enchantment level cap (e.g. power V) and merging an enchantment-level-breaking enchantment onto a tool. This does not allow creating enchantments that break the max level, only preserving them.
