Antygravity

Ever wanted to walk on the ceiling? Now you can — and better yet, you can make your friends do it too.

Antygravity adds a fully-featured inverted gravity effect to Minecraft: drink a potion (or get hit by an arrow!) and gravity flips upside down. Your screen smoothly rotates 180°, you fall up, land on the ceiling and walk on it like it's the floor — jumping, sneaking, climbing ladders and vines all work exactly like they do on the ground, just mirrored.

✨ Features

A real gravity flip, not a levitation clone. The effect inverts gravity with the same force that normally pulls you down. Ceilings become walkable floors: you can sprint, jump, crouch at edges without falling off, step onto slabs, and even climb ladders upside down.

Lift the very ground you stand on! Splash and Lingering Potions of Anti-Gravity don't just affect entities—they lift blocks too! A chunk of the terrain will break loose, fly upward, and stick to the ceiling, becoming fully solid and walkable. When the effect wears off, the blocks gently fall back into their original places. Lingering potions dig even deeper, excavating and lifting up to 30 layers of terrain.

Smooth camera & model animation. The screen rolls over in half a second with buttery easing — and everyone around you sees your character flip upside down too. Full multiplayer support: other players see inverted players and mobs correctly, nametags included.

Beware of inverted fall damage. "Falling" upward has consequences! While your very first landing on the ceiling after getting the effect is magically cushioned and completely safe, subsequent upward falls into ceilings will deal regular fall damage. Water, lava, ladders, and elytra work exactly as you'd expect to break your upward fall.

Works on mobs! Shoot a zombie with an anti-gravity arrow and watch it fall into the sky. Great for combat, traps, or just having fun with dispensers.

🧪 Brewing

1. Water Bottle + Nether Wart → Awkward Potion
2. Awkward Potion + Chorus Fruit → Chorus Potion
3. Chorus Potion + Shulker Shell → Potion of Anti-Gravity (0:30)

Extend it with Redstone (1:30), make it a Splash Potion with Gunpowder, or Lingering with Dragon's Breath — all three forms work.

🏹 Anti-Gravity Arrows

Standard Arrows: Surround one Potion of Anti-Gravity with 8 Arrows in a crafting table → 8 Anti-Gravity Arrows. Any player or mob you hit gets flipped for 2 seconds. Works with bows, crossbows and dispensers.

Upgraded Potion-Tipped Arrows: Want to weaponize the terrain? Combine an Anti-Gravity Arrow with a Splash or Lingering Potion of Anti-Gravity in your crafting grid. On impact, this upgraded arrow acts exactly like the thrown potion: it lifts the blocks at the hit location into the air and applies the gravity-flipping effect to surrounding entities!
