Venture into a world shaped by mythologies and ancient folklore, where legendary creatures roam the land and forgotten civilizations leave their mark.
Antique Beasts invites players to hunt vicious monsters, tame fantastical beings, and carve their own legend through combat, exploration, and progression.

The mod introduces a wide range of mobs, weapons, armor, mechanics, structures, and animations, all designed to make Minecraft feel more alive, immersive, and challenging.

Several creatures and structures draw inspiration from Skyrim and Age of Mythology, reimagined to fit naturally into the Minecraft universe.

⭐ Key Features

- Configurable patrol system
Patrols can spawn every 1 to 60 minutes, move toward random locations, and attack players as a group. This system can be fully disabled.

- Raid mechanics
Slay 20 Draugrs while holding a crafted Thuriasz Rune to trigger a three-wave invasion. Survive the raid to earn a valuable treasure chest.

- Nether-aware difficulty scaling
Raids become more dangerous once the player has visited the Nether.

- Improved AI and combat behavior
Mythological creatures feature smarter decision-making, combat synergy, and immersive behaviors.

- Better Combat compatibility
Fully compatible with the Better Combat mod.

🛠️ Configuration Options

Toggle patrol spawning
Adjust patrol spawn delay (1–60 minutes)

`antiquebeasts_spawn_rate_config.json`

Control individual natural spawn rates for each creature (0–10)

`antiquebeasts_bonus_health_config.json`

Add bonus health to mobs (0–100 = up to +50 hearts)

`antiquebeasts_armor_value_config.json`

Configure armor values for boots, leggings, chestplate, and helmet
