+ added new age of exile feature, anti mob spawner!
By default mob spawner mobs now won't drop any age of exile loot or experience.
In return, I updated AoE so spawner blocks themselves drop loot now if they aren't mined by silk touch.
+ fix peaceful entity config not applying correctly
