The only change that this mod does in the game is force Phantoms to attack only players who are flying, with Elytras and modded Jetpacks, for example.
Players in the ground can fell safe from Phantoms.
Combined with other mods like Mob Sunscreen, Revamped Phantoms and Soaring Phantons, its it very useful to create a constant aerial danger in the map.
