I'm not going to update that mod to 1.7.10, updates will be made to 1.7.2 and 1.8
This is very simple mod. It adds you a MultiTool that can be used to:
-Mine (Warning: ore will not drop, works only with stone etc.)
-Dig
-Chop
MultiTool has 800 uses.

Requires Minecraft Forge for 1.7.2
