Fixed crash on clients connected to dedicated server when they incorrectly tried to send PacketStructureEntry to players.

Fixed moving stacks back to inventory from crafting grid of AW crafting tables when recipe is selected in JEI.
Removed auto targeting yet again. targeting should be covered between the specific tests and revenge ai.
Made workers work on worksites with no owner in addition to the owned ones. Fixes issue with structure builder blocks not being worked on previously if they were added as part of a structure.
