Better border smoothing of structures
- in most of the case it should no longer create stair like surroundings, but rather will try to smooth to connect well with surrounding terrain
- also blends structure border blocks into terrain and vice versa so no longer straight lines form around the structures
Added decorational altar blocks for use in structures
- two kinds of base altar blocks
- candle
- lectern
- altar sun
Added statue of elephant god for use in structures

 

Fixed siege engineers not getting proper attribute values set which caused them to only target entities very close.
Also changed targeting AI to search much further on y axis for targets so now both siege engineers and archers will shoot from high ledges.
Got rid of some log spam relate to "could not create entity because it's missing in registry" log message.
Fixed rails getting messed up during structure placement
