Changed manually placed faction npcs to not despawn. Only the ones spawned by spawner will despawn from now on.
Changed structure loading on server startup to not even try to compose structure added packets, these will only be composed/sent after server is loaded and players connect.
Made advanced spawners not spawn when player is in spectator mode.
Rewritten check for additional hostile AIs from lambda to plain loop, good for performance reasons as well as to stop Open J9 JDK crashes with it.
Added a bit of code that changes spawner entity to zombie if the entity spawned gets removed immediately after spawning in and tries to recreate the one shot spawner

 

Fixed auto targeting check for the mods covered by targeting lists.
Simplified stock viewer code and with that fixed an issue with stock viewer updates on server where number of items is greater than 255.
Fixed empire farm structure that was missing loot
